My name is Teacher Zella. I have been teaching English online for the past four years.

I have a BA degree in Journalism and I have my TEFL Diploma. In addition to that I am studying towards my post graduate Educational diploma and should be finished by 2024. My experience includes teaching students English conversation to helping them reach their full learning potential to pass the IELTS exams. I also use the communicative Teaching style to ensure learners are communicating in the English language and practicing their speaking skills as much as possible. I also use TPR (Total Physical response) Teaching style as it is often difficult to get through to students especially when teaching virtually online, therefore it is important to ensure that the students are engaged and collaborating at all times.

I always try to ensure that my classroom environment remains calm, effective and beneficial to all students. I try to make sure that learners feel safe and confident enough to share their own thoughts, views and ideas in the classroom with ease.
